The event ‘Maharashtra 2025 - Industrial Development’ was arranged by Yashwantrao Chavan Pratishthan, Mumbai with the collaboration of mccia at Sumant Mulgaonkar Hall, MCCIA, ICC, Pune on the occasion of coming 'AMRUT MAHOTSWAV' of Shri. Sharad Chandraji Pawar on 12th December 2015.
Long back, I met him in the Indian Parliament and got the opportunity to listen to his speech in Yashwantrao Chavan Sabhagruh in the Parliament. Further, I was fortunate to meet him at the ‘SHILANYAS’ of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Smarak located nearby SYMBIOSYS at SB Road, Pune. These are a few of my great memories. It was a great honor for me to attend such informative sessions which created my interest in how I can contribute to develop our own nation, city, and ultimately well being of all individuals.
During the event, I met Dr. Anil Lamba. He is a CA. I heard his speech. He is a very good trainer, presenter, author and most importantly a very good teacher in his field. He gave a 30-minute speech on what is good finance management in which he explained his famous ‘TWO GOLDEN RULES’ from his famous book ‘Romancing the Balance Sheet’. The book is very good and even a layman can understand it. A person from non-finance background can also become literate in financial terms after reading this book. I could not keep myself away from taking a SELFIE with him.
